By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Med City Medicare LLC, you agree to receive text messages related to your Medicare insurance services. These may include:
Appointment reminders and confirmations
Policy and coverage updates
Customer service and account support messages
Educational messages about Medicare rules and deadlines
Messages will be sent to the mobile number you provided using automated technology. Message frequency varies, typically between 4-8.
2. Consent & Participation
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Med City Medicare LLC at the number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any insurance quote or service.
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Participation is voluntary, and you can opt out at any time (see Section 4).

Med City Medicare is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred by your mobile carrier.

You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Med City Medicare LLC, unless you opt in again.
